Hamilton Clear View Acrylic Roof

Just completed this stunning black clear view acrylic outdoor roof in Tamahere, Hamilton. The client wanted to retain the existing timber posts which will now be clad with feature brick.

We were the only company that offered this design using a treated laminated beam to span the 7.8m length. The beam is coated with black linseed oil based stain. We also installed 240v power to both ends of the roof for future infrared heating and power to the soffit for extra party lights!

The main rafters have been custom fitted with 20 Led 12v Lights.

For summer shading we installed a 4.5m wide mesh blockout blind which can be used as a vertical or horizontal screen in basalt grey to match the house joinery colour.
