Just completed stage one of the transformation for this Tamahere home, with a large Flexiroof in matte black including 30 led lights.
This roof is 5.675m wide x 5.6m with a footprint of only 26.67 m2 . No council approval needed!
Stage two is a massive EKOLOGIX deck to replace the paving slabs.
